Deep Space Probe

This was a personal Sci-Fi illustration that I had the original concept for when I was in college. I wanted to show the mystery of deep space, by showing a scout ship probing the far reaches of the universe.

A personal project, which started out with an idea I had all the way back in college. To get a realistic look of a metallic surface I started out with a sculpture of the ship, and then carefully covered the sculpture with aluminum foil and took photos.
